Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Tony Chachiere's
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Toss potatoes with brown sugar, olive oil and spices. Grill directly on grill until browned and tender.
