Chili Mac
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 14 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 8 oz cooked macaroni
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- mexican cheese blend, grated
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to box directions.
- Brown ground turkey. When it is half done, add onion. When onion is almost done, add garlic and saute one minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and sauce, stir, then add chili powder and cumin.
- Add macaroni and salt.
- Serve with grated cheese.
