Ingredients

  • 2 chicken wings, legs, thighs (each)
  • 8 cups water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 celery stalks halved
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 2 carrots halved
  • pinch oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 16 oz. egg noodles

Instructions

    1. Add everything except egg noodles to Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 25 min. Use pulse release.

    2. Strain liquid in the big stainless bowl using the big stainless strainer. Return liquid to pot.

    3. Pick over chicken meat once it has cooled off but do not add it back to the pot at this time.

    4. Add chopped carrots and celery to the pot. Cover and cook on high for 5 min. Use normal release.

    5. Uncover pot. Add chicken and egg noodles. Set the pot to saute and cook to desired noodle doneness.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 28 oz pasta sauce
  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup wine

Instructions

  1. Saute turkey until almost done; add onion and bell pepper, cook until onion is translucent.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in electric pressure cooker, lock lid and set for 15 minutes on low pressure. When done, set to quick release.

  • 7 eggs
  • 2 c water

Instructions

  1. Get your electric pressure cooker set up according to your directions of your unit.
  2. Put the metal steamer rack first, then the vegetable steamer basket into the bottom of the cooker. Add 2 cups of water.
  3. Close the lid and lock it (according to your units directions). Plug it in.7 eggs: Set timer for 6 minutes..When the 6 minutes are up, unplug immediately, release pressure, remove eggs from pressure cooker and cool. If you need eggs right away, place in ice bath.
  4. These eggs peel very easy.
  5. If you want to use 5 eggs, set the timer for 5 minutes.
