  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 400g bread flour
  • 80g whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gluten
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  1. Set bread machine to #1 soft bread.
